HOUSE MANAGER INFORMATION

• Please place lobby placards and posters out for all performances.
• The house is to be kept at a cool temperature, i.e. around 68 degrees. Please verify the house temperature each show and adjust if necessary.
• The production manager will release the house to open usually 30 minutes before curtain.
• If curtain must go up late – please notify production manager when house is ready.
• The show has a pre-show announcement built in. This includes a request to turn off beepers and cell phones. Please inform the production manager if any additional house announcement is necessary.
• PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW ANY INFANTS IN THE AUDIENCE. We will be happy to refund the parent’s money.
• Late seating: once the show starts all late seating is to be held for approximately 5 minutes, however, this is just an approximation. Please wait for the main curtain to open up after the opening sequence. If there is no curtain you will be advised with another option.
• Please ask ushers to keep traffic in out of the theater as minimal as possible. If they are using flashlights for seating they must be kept pointed down at the floor.
• Keep doors closed at all times. The rear of the auditorium is to be kept dark during the performance.
• Running time is approx 105 minutes with one intermission. Each Act is approx 45 minutes long. Intermission is 10-15 minutes.
• Merchandise (DVD’s) will be sold before and after the performance. Please set up a display table in the lobby and provide someone to handle sales. DVD’s are $20 unless otherwise stated. Cash is preferred but checks can be made out to “Genetic Pool, Inc.”
